Gaushala

This is where our Gau Vansh is raised and cared for, with feeding, breeding, and day-to-day management carried out internally.

Breed Selection & Control

Our Gau Vansh comprises select indigenous breeds.

Crossbreeding is not permitted within the herd. Genetic integrity is maintained through documented lineage tracking and controlled breeding.

Organic Fodder & Feed

Fodder for our Gau Vansh begins within the campus, cultivated using manure-enriched soil without chemical fertilisers. Green fodder is grown entirely in-house, while additional feed is brought in under strict quality control.

Fodder cultivation currently spans 85 acres and is being expanded to move towards greater self-sufficiency.

Veterinary & Herd Care

Every animal within our Gau Vansh is documented, with records covering health, breeding history, and milk performance. Care includes veterinary supervision, scheduled health assessments, and preventive vaccination protocols.

Milking Discipline

Milk is sourced only from our Gau Vansh. No external milk is procured.

Daily production is recorded as part of herd management, and batches are tracked through the processing stage to maintain traceability from cow to final product.
