At present, we ship within India only. We charge a very nominal shipping fee of INR 99 per order.

Orders are processed within 3–4 working days from the date of confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may be affected during peak periods, public holidays, or by unforeseen logistical circumstances.

All products are shipped from our facility in Vrindavan through trusted delivery partners. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations.

You will receive tracking information by email or message once your order has been dispatched. All products are securely packed before dispatch to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for what to do if your order arrives damaged.
