Due to the nature of our product and the scale at which we operate, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is:

• damaged during transit
• leaking or compromised

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at madhuramrutghee@gmail.com, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

In such cases, we will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

We request customers to ensure that orders are placed carefully, as cancellations or changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
